Clara Lou Shannon

Lou Shannon, of Denver, passed away May 12, 2009. She is survived by her nieces Judy Shannon of Overland Park, KS and Kim Porter of Waterloo, IA; nephews, Joel Porter of Wabasha, MN, and Bruce Porter of Mason City, IA; several great nieces and nephews and her friend, Ann Grady of Denver. Lou was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Mona Shannon; sister, Marian Jean Porter; brother, John R. Shannon. For 46 years, Lou was the Director of Physical Therapy at The Children's Hospital. A Service of Remembrance will be held, Sun. 5-31, 2:00 PM, The Children's Hospital, 13123 East 16th Ave., Aurora. Committal to take place in Waterloo, IA at a later date.
