Clell D. Elwood, 93, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, passed away on March 25, 2018. He was born in Creighton, Nebraska on August 9, 1924. He is a former member of the South Dakota State Legislature and retired in Colorado from the Federal Government. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Beverly and his son Robert.
