Clement Paul Diessner, born November 19, 1926, passed away Nov. 26, 2013. He is survived by his sons, Thomas (Pam), Daniel (LeAnn), and his daughter Paula (Dan) Fritsche; grandchildren Ina Diessner, Jackie (Carl) Anderton, Andrew Diessner, Joseph Diessner, Sarah Fritsche, Sean Diessner, Timothy Fritsche, and Luke Fritsche; great grandchildren Zachary Hirsch and Aidan Hirsch; and sisters Rita and Agnes. He is preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Ruth Anne Nolan Diessner. Clem was born in Nebraska, raised in Missouri and eastern Colorado, graduating from Kit Carson High School in Colorado. He served in the Army in Korea for a short time and graduated from University of Colorado at Boulder School of Engineering. He started his career at Standard Oil Co of Ohio and ended his career with the National Park Service. Family to receive friends on Sunday, December 1 from 5:00-7:00PM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton, with Rosary following at 7:00PM. Funeral Mass is Monday at 2:00PM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 11385 Grant Dr., Northglenn. Burial Tuesday at 1:00PM, Kit Carson Cemetery, Kit Carson, Colorado.
