Cliff was born in Washington, D.C. on September 9, 1938 and grew up in Prince George's County, Maryland. He graduated from Bladensburg High School in 1957. He was a speech major at the University of Maryland for 2 years when he decided to enlist into the U.S. Army. He served actively for 3 years while finishing college and graduating with a Bachelor of Arts on June 5, 1965. He worked various jobs until he went to work for IBM in 1970. After 24 years of service, Cliff retired from IBM on September 30, 1994. Cliff loved cars his whole life. He belonged to the Rocky Mountain Thunderbird Club and served as Membership Director and as Vice President. He also belonged to the Walter P. Chrysler Club and was Newsletter Editor for a time. He rebuilt engines for two cars and put fuel injection into a car as well as maintaining many cars over the years. Cliff met his wife, Laurel at a dance at the Villa Italia Shopping Center. Laurel owned a 1967 Cougar she had bought new, so there was an immediate connection. They dated for five years before marrying on June 27, 1981. They also shared a love for cats, at one time feeding and caring for as many as 11. Cliff and Laurel enjoyed returning to his class reunions every 5 years as well as trips with the car clubs. They also enjoyed reading and music, attending movies, plays and concerts. Cliff was preceded in death by his mother, Marion Alma Rullman and his father, Sterling Bradley Rullman. He is survived by his wife, Laurel Rullman, his son, Bradley Rullman and his granddaughter, Lauren Rullman. Cliff is already greatly missed. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 West 80th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado. A reception honoring Clifford will follow the service The Committal Service will be held following the reception at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Area ""B"", 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, Colorado.
