Connie D. Hernandez

Connie D. Hernandez, 80 of Denver, was born February 22, 1931 in Denver to Esequiel Rico and Augustina Perez Rico, and passed away January 28, 2012. Connie was preceded in death by her husband Ben J. Hernandez. She is survived by her sons, Rev. Richard Hernandez and his wife Carmen, Philip J. Hernandez and his wife Daisy and Adam B. Hernandez and his wife Nadine. She is also survived by her grandchildren Richard Jr. and his wife Danielle, Jonathan and his wife Amanda, Brianna and Janelle, her great grandson Drake Christopher and siblings Hope Martinez, Cellen Ramirez, Mary Martinez, Pat Pacheco and the late Lucy Marquez and Vera Rico. The viewing will be held Thursday, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM followed by the funeral service at 10:00 AM at Lily of The Valley Church, 4800 West Alameda Avenue; Interment will follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Lily of The Valley Church, 4800 West Alameda Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80219.
