Connie Mae Hohn

Connie Mae Hohn, age 73, passed away suddenly on August 30, 2024 in Arvada, CO. She was born February 10th, 1951 in Waterloo, Iowa and was the eldest daughter of Eldon and Phyllis Stevenson. She graduated from Columbus High School and received her degree in Medical Administration from Everest College in 2012 where she made the Dean's List. As a teenager she loved to roller skate and ride her family's horses.

Connie moved to Colorado in the mid eighties where she met her husband, Ed. They were avid members of the VFW post where she began as the President of the Women's Auxiliary. She raised three sons, was a loving sister, friend, aunt, and cousin. She had many grandchildren and 3 new great grandchildren that she adored. Connie was always an animal lover and loved her dog Millie the most.

She enjoyed watching the Broncos, Rockies and Yellowstone. She really enjoyed traveling and going on cruises with her best friends. In her free time she crocheted/knitted blankets, attended church with her son, spent quality time with her family, and enjoyed happy hour with her friends. She was a social butterfly and made friends where ever she went. She loved her family and friends and was always available to lend a hand in anyway that she could. She was known to sit and chat with her friends for hours, especially when they were unwell. She will be missed by all.
