Dino was born in Colorado Spgs, to George and Helen Theodoran. He attended public schools and Colorado College, where he majored in History (BA). Dino was a member of Phi Delta Theta and Order of Ahepa. He was an Aerologist (weatherman) on a carrier during the Korean War. When he returned, Dino became a commercial banker and later worked for the U.S. SBA, traveling to 8 different states making loans to disaster victims. Dino was instrumental in creating a memorial to honor the victims of the Ludlow Massacre. Dino was an active member of his church choir; he went with the choir to Greece and sang there. Dino was married to the love of his life, Roberta, for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife, daughter Constance (Denice), son Stephan, 2 grandsons Quest & Shawn Theodoran, 4 great-grandsons, daughter Faryl, son Chad (Mary Ann), 3 grandchildren Lillian, Tom & Nick Reingold, & niece Susan. Dino was very proud to be an American and of his Greek heritage and fluency in Greek. Dino had many friends; for years, he made calls every Saturday to friends (some dating back to grade school) and relatives around the world. He will be missed by many.
