Corey Kenneth Jackson

Corey Kenneth Jackson, 38 years old, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, passed away on June 18th, 2018 in Lone Tree, Colorado. He was born February 20, 1980 in Denver, Colorado, to Cheri and Garry Jackson. Corey Jackson is survived by his mother, Cheri, his father, Garry, his brother, James, his significant other, Britt Stanek, and his dog, Brodee. Corey Jackson rose through the ranks at DirecTV to become a lead technician, earning recognition from his employers and co-workers. He was an avid sports fan and closely followed the Colorado Avalanche and the Denver Broncos. He even had the opportunity to complete an installation in the home of one very famous Broncos quarterback. In his spare time, Corey directed his passion into skateboarding, snowboarding, and surfing, demonstrating a natural talent in any pursuit he chose. He expressed his creativity through his cooking, crafting his own take on popular cuisine. He loved the ocean, his dogs, his friends, and his family. Corey - loyal friend, admired big brother, adored son - was deeply cherished and will be greatly missed. The service will be held on Thursday, June 28th, 2018 beginning at 11:00 AM. with a reception to follow at Horan & McConaty's Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road, Centennial, CO 80221.
