Courtney passed away on July 19, 2013. He is survived by his father Courtney, Sr. (Lori); mother Dorothy (Jay); sons Conrad & baby Court; sister Jenny. Viewing is Thursday, July 25, from Noon to 2:00PM. Funeral Service follows at 2:00, both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton.
