Daniel Paul Verges

Daniel Paul Verges, 72, of Portland, Oregon, died on Tuesday, October 14, 2008, in Centennial, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty; parents Paul and Vasiliki Verges of Bayard, Nebraska, brothers Chris and George, and sisters Elsie Lennie and Ann Rosa. He is survived by his sisters, Mary Myrmirides, Evangeline Vavrichek and Fran (Nick) Katsimitas. He recently moved to Denver to be with his family. Trisagion will take place Thursday at 5 p.m. at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel in Centennial. Trisagion will also take place Friday at 7 p.m. at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Bayard, Nebraska. Funeral Services will follow on Saturday at 10 a.m.
