Daniel H. Xiao

Daniel, born February 9th, 2005, in New York, embarked on a unique life journey. After two formative years in China with his grandmother, his family settled in Colorado, where his passion for Taekwondo and basketball flourished.

Adapting to Colorado life, Daniel explored Chinese classes, showcasing a commitment to cultural knowledge. Elementary school at Black Forest Hills and Fox Ridge Middle School laid the foundation for his vibrant personality and love for games. At Cherokee Trail High School, Daniel excelled in volleyball, earning state qualifications, becoming a Centennial All-League Athlete, and securing a coveted spot on Colorado's All-Star Team.

Post-graduation in 2023, at CU Boulder, he continued to cherish volleyball in friendly matches with friends. Daniel's journey, from China to volleyball triumphs, reflects a well-rounded individual with infectious spirit and a commitment to excellence, making him a source of pride for all who knew him.
