David John Campbell, III

David John Campbell, III age 86, passed June 7, 2016. He was born on June 19, 1929 in Denver, Colorado, to David Campbell, II and Ebba Campbell, where he was raised. David was a graduate of Manuel High School. He met Margaret Shipman and they married December 27, 1950. David served in the Army during the Korean War and upon his return, enrolled in the C.U. School of Business where he received his degree. David was a horse lover and outdoorsman. He was active in various organizations including the WE Range Riders, Colorado Horseman's Council, Long Ears Society, and 4H Clubs. David is survived by sons David IV, Bruce, and Craig. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Interment will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado.
