David B. Carter

David B. Carter died at his home on March 7, 2015. He was born March 28, 1946 to parents Bob Lawrence Carter and Marjorie Ellen Carter (Slaymaker), both preceding him in death. Mr. Carter is a Vietnam Veteran, honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1968, and the recipient of a Bronze Star. He leaves to mourn longtime companion, Keithland Wilhite, brother, Steve Carter, residing in California, sister Denise (Rick) Gregorio, residing in Wisconsin, and many other relatives and friends.
