David S. ""Haystack"" Erickson age 71 left this world on August 8, 2016. He was surrounded by his loving family as he took the hand of our beloved Lord and is now walking the streets of Heaven with our Lord and all of his loved ones who passed over before him. David was the tent pole and the cornerstone of his family. He was Father and Daddy to his own children and other children who have been inspired by this loving giving man. David and his twin brother, Dwight, were born on May 16, 1945, in Brainerd, MN, to the late Mary Anne Pierce (Robert Eugene ""Red"" Pierce) and the late Richard T. Erickson (Yvonne Erickson).
