David, 82, of Northglenn, Colorado passed on January 1, 2014. He was born May 1, 1931, in Longmont, Colorado. David is survived by his wife of 47 years, Evelyn; daughters, Kelli (Chris) Carney and Kim (Dave) Lesjak; grandchildren, Timothy, Sierra, Madison, Danielle, and Autymn; brother, Frank Flake. David is preceded in death by his brothers Leonard & Robert Flake. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, January 8, 2014, 10:30AM, Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 2361 East 78th Avenue, Welby, Colorado Interment will be immediately following at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
