David Jackson

David Jackson, age 40, fell asleep in the Lord on Thursday, September 29, 2022, after battling cancer under the care of the oncology department at UCHealth in Aurora, CO.

Born in Colorado Springs, CO on Sept. 23, 1982, David was raised by Gary S. Jackson and Nadine Melania Jackson along with his siblings Sarah Jackson and Anna Jackson.

In addition to his immediate family, David had the pleasure of forming strong relationships with grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends and a niece, Gabi, whom he adored to the very end. David lived a life full of adventures while enjoying performing in musicals and choirs, fishing, writing piano music, and Fantasy Football.  But more importantly, he had the gift of spreading hope, seeing the good, loving people from all walks of life and giving glory to the Lord. David had a sensitivity to humanity and the spiritual realm that magnetically connected him to anyone he encountered. He had the unique ability to connect with people on a simple level calling most people "bro".

Services are open to the public and will be held at 9:30am on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church in Greenwood Village, CO. After which a fellowship time with light snacks will be provided and it will be a time for slideshow/sharing. Following at 1:00pm, the graveside service will take place at Fairmount Cemetery in Denver, CO.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Children's Hospital Cancer Ward or a Go Fund Me
