Dave, 84, passed away February 12, 2014. Dave is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Renée. Father of Kenneth R. (Dottie) Keener, Linda (Randy) Goosman, Audrey Keener, Norma (Cang) Nguyen, Roy Keener, Wanda Dion, father to Robert ""Butch"" Butterfield, Riley ""Steve"" (Dianna) Butterfield, Rebecca Pendleton, Robin (Scott) Schneider, grandfather of Elexis Keener, Joy (George) Galan, Shawn Meineke, Amberly Fredrychowski, Anika Dion, Todd David Dion, Teya Keener, Matthew Goosman, Paul Nguyen, Toni Nguyen, Patricia (Jake) Postema, Michelle (Keith) Logan, Jeffrey Pendleton, Shanon Pendleton, Jodi Schneider, Sarah Schneider, Brittanee (Cody) Guenin, Brooke Butterfield, Amanda Keener, Ashley (Jarrett) Kaplan, Nicole Keener, Naomi Tubbs, Jeffrey Tubbs, Maxwell Tubbs, great grandfather of Sebastian Galan, Austin Brown, Shane Ott, Nate Postema, Savannah Postema, Isabella Logan, Ryanne Logan, Abigail Itzen, Kaitlyn Itzen, Anthony Kaplan, Elijah Kaplan, Sierra Goosman, Jacob Goosman, brother of Robert (Donna) Keener, Phyllis (the late Richard) Hanna, Marilyn (Robert) Evans, uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Roy Clayton Keener and Anna M. Keener nee Hauser, sons David A. Keener, Jr. and Larry W. Keener, siblings William Keener, Hazel Anderson and Betty Wilson and grandson Jason Keener. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 10:30 AM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 East Dartmouth Avenue in Aurora.
