David L. Milhollan

78, passed away August 31, 2010. Father of Margaret Pantalion, James Milhollan, David Milhollan, Esther Jimenez, and Ann Landis; grandfather of Travis, Rachel, Allison, Nicholas, Stephanie, Justin, Haley, Wyatt, Gage, Samantha, and Griffin; and great grandfather of Jackson and Grady. He was preceded in death by his brother Frank Milhollan, sister Lois Turnquist, and former wife Sally Peters. David was an Attorney at Law and Municipal Judge in Bismarck, ND. His career continued as an Immigration Attorney for the Justice Department in Washington, DC. From there he became Chairman of the Board of Immigration Appeals. He completed his career as Director of the Executive Office for Immigration Review, retiring in 1993. He enjoyed his retirement years traveling the world and spending time with his family.
