David W. Salter

David W. Salter, 81, of Lone Tree, passed away January 23, 2010. David served as an officer in the U.S. Navy, then received his MBA from Harvard. He worked as a corporate executive, and was a small business owner. David was a train enthusiast, and loved his family, his friends, and his church. Following retirement, he was the primary caregiver for his wife, Patricia, who preceded him in death. He is survived by two daughters, Sandra (Tom) Blodgett, and Susan Baker, and by nine grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by one son, Duane Stephens. Memorial Services 10:00 AM Wednesday, Hope United Methodist Church, 5101 S. Dayton St., Greenwood Village. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
