Dee Calvin Bryant was born to Anita C. and Lloy W. Bryant in Wahoo, Nebraska on June 5, 1932. He came to Colorado with his parents in 1937 and lived his entire life in Denver and Aurora. He died in Denver on July 31, 2010. Mr. Bryant is survived by his long-time companion Gretchen, brothers Bruce (Adelaide) and David (Marjorie), a niece, nephews, cousins, and Gretchen's children, grandchildren and in-laws. Mr. Bryant graduated from Aurora High School in 1950 and the University of Denver in 1958. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1951 to 1954 as a Gunners Mate on the Cutter Forster. Mr. Bryant retired in 1997 after 31 years as a Parole Officer for the State of Colorado. Private interment will take place at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
