DeLeslie Lucia (Bloemen) Floyd passed away Thursday, September 13, 2012. DeLeslie is survived by her children Kristin (Steven) Poor, R.J. (Catherine) Floyd and Michelle (Sean) Nelson; grandchildren Eilidh Poor, Emma Floyd, Liam Poor, James Poor, Hanna Floyd and Nolan Poor; and her brothers Rick Bloemen, Mike (Crystal) Bloemen, Jim (Kim) Bloemen and her sister Melanie (Will) Knoblauch. She was preceded in death by her parents Rene Jean Charles Bloemen and Mary Elizabeth Wooddell Bloemen. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at 11:00 A.M., at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints ~ Easter Chapel, 1939 East Easter Avenue, in Centennial, Colorado.
