Delores M. Havelka

Delores, 80, passed away December 26, 2013 in Fort Collins, CO. She recently moved from Aurora, Colorado where she was a long-time resident at Heather Gardens. While living in Aurora, she enjoyed many close friendships and playing Bridge. Before her retirement, she worked for many years as a secretary in Aurora Public Schools. Delores devoted her life to caring for her family. Born in Beresford, SD to Roy and Lucille Duncan; she was one of five children. Beloved mother of Jerry Havelka and Jean Heath and her partner Paul Zecher; treasured grandmother of Logan Heath and his wife Wendy; sister of Cheryl (Doug) Johnson and DeWayne (Glenda) Duncan; sister-in-law of Evelyn Carlson; and aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward; brother, Lowell Duncan, and sister, Donna Johnson. Funeral Mass Thursday, January 2nd, 11:00 AM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 E Dartmouth Ave, Aurora.
