Delsa Lauree Shorten

Our sweet Delsa Lauree Andreasen Shorten, beloved daughter, wife, mama, grammie, sister, aunt and cousin, 66, passed away suddenly at home on May 9, 2010 in Golden, Colorado. She was born August 15, 1943 in Payson, Utah to Frank Marlin and Lauree Hatton Andreasen. She is survived by her loving family ~ husband, Gary LeRoy Shorten; daughter, Shelli Wood and granddaughter, Brittni Wood; her four older brothers and their wives, Bert (Mary Beth), Jim (Patti), Frank (Marlene), Gary (Linda); various Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews; and her two precious Westies, Gracie and Missy. She is preceded in death by her parents. A Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 14th 2010, 11:00am, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 610 Coors Street, Lakewood, Colorado with a viewing to be held at the Church from 10:00am-10:45am. Burial to follow in the Golden City Cemetery. She is loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
