Dennis Bruce Foster, 76, of Thornton passed away on October 12, 2021 at Collier Inpatient Hospice Center. Born on April 9, 1945 in Denver, CO he was the son of Roy Henry and Marcella Belle (Brush) Foster. Dennis married Mary Lynn (Wissner) on September 14th, 1991, and together they shared 30 years of marriage.
Dennis worked for years in the automotive business at several businesses in the Boulder/Denver area. He was a proud veteran of the air force where he served as a crew chief for the phantom planes in Vietnam. His passions lied with riding motorcycles and working on cars which he happily did for 60 years. He enjoyed riding his Harley along side the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association.
He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather who was always there for his family.
In addition to his wife, Mary, he is survived by his daughters and stepdaughter Bonnie (Clif), Tammy and Amy (Andy). As well as his grandchildren Joseph, Jessica, Summer, Faith, Maya, Lilly and his four great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers Michael and Kevin and his stepson Greg.
Burial with military honors will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 10:30am at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd. Denver, CO 80235.
