Dennis Taraborelli, our beloved son, and a brother, grandson, and nephew to others, passed away in his new home town, Ankeny, Iowa at the age of 33. Dennis was born in Rochester Hills, Michigan and his family moved to Highlands Ranch, Colorado in 1995. As the youngest of 3 sons, he was always a source of joy and laughter. Growing up, he pursued soccer, tennis, wrestling, martial arts training, saxophone, writing stories, playing video games, and later built computers from scratch. He had a wonderful imagination, a keen sense of humor, and infectious laugh. Dennis was always the life of the party watching WWE wrestling matches with his Dad and brothers, and entertained us often with his spot-on celebrity imitations. In recent years he enjoyed disc golf with his Colorado friends, hiking with coworkers, and sport rifle and pistol shooting target practice with his Dad.
Dennis was drawn to technology and electronics from an early age. With 15 years of hard work and dedication, he turned his interests into a successful career in Information Technology and Engineering. Working his way up the ladder at several companies, he ultimately landed at Red Hat/IBM, where he was devoted to his job and his coworkers.
When Dennis purchased his house in Ankeny, Iowa last year, he took great pleasure in watching his German Shepherd, Ava, enjoy the spacious backyard. Dennis also enjoyed socializing with his friendly and kind neighbors. Dennis touched the hearts of everyone who knew him. No words can describe how deeply he will be missed.
