Diane Michelle Hodges

Diane Michelle Hodges, 41, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado passed away unexpectedly on Monday April 21, 2014. She joins the angels of heaven and now watches over her friends and family. Diane was born in Anchorage, Alaska on March 23, 1973 where she established roots that run deep. Alaska was ""HOME"" to her and she brought that spirit of adventure everywhere she went. Diane graduated with a BS in mechanical engineering and a Masters degree in Human Resources which she used in the oil industry in several locations, ultimately landing in Denver when she found a professional home with RockPile Energy as VP of Human Resources. She was constantly improving herself and striving for success, making a difference in lives of everyone she touched. Diane is survived by her daughter, Samantha Renee Hodges, her pride and joy! Diane blossomed as a loving and caring mother while sharing her love with family and friends, positively impacting those around her. Diane's love, laughter, and legacy will live on through Sam as she integrates into her uncle Keith's family. Diane is survived by her two brothers, Keith and Brian Hebert, as well as her parents Dennis and Carol Hebert. Diane continues to watch over us as we live by her motto, ""To laugh often and love much!"" The family of Diane Hodges wish to thank all family and friends for their continual love, support, and prayers. The memorial service will be held May 3rd, 2014 at 1:00pm followed by a reception at Horan and McConaty Family Chapel located at 5303 East County Line Road (One block west of Holly Street), Centennial, CO 80122. In lieu of flowers for those that wish, an educational trust fund has been created for Samantha Hodges and donations can be made by writing a check payable to Scholars Choice College Savings 529 and then place ""On behalf of Samantha Hodges"" in the memo line.
