Diane Wiegman

Diane Helene Wiegman (Vinkovich) died peacefully on January 30, 2021 in Lakewood, Colorado at the age of 80.  Diane is survived by her husband, Ronald William Wiegman, children Rhonda Wiegman Dick and Kristin Diane Feth, son-in-law Karl Ernst Feth, and grandchildren Alexander Swithin Dick, Cameron Anthony Dick, Liesel Helene Feth, and Erich William Feth.

Diane was born on July 4, 1940, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Alexander Anthony Vinkovich and Helen Elva Vinkovich (Kummer).  She is survived by her sister Sue Ann Buswell (Vinkovich).

Diane graduated from Grove City College in 1962 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education.  She married Ronald William Wiegman, her high school sweetheart, on August 11, 1962.  The couple moved to Laramie, Wyoming where Ron received a Master of Science degree in Geology.  They then moved to Denver, Colorado in 1965.  Once their daughters were in school, Diane began teaching at Barnes Business College as a Business Technology Instructor and completed her career at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado.

Diane was an active and dedicated member for over 55 years at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Lakewood, Colorado.  She loved to travel both within the United States, as well as internationally.  Her passion, however, was to spend time with her immediate family attending numerous activities for both her children and grandchildren.

Per Diane's request, no services will be held.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Diane's memory to the National Kidney Foundation Serving Colorado ( kidney.org/donation ) or a charity of your choice.
