A Visitation will be held on Monday, July 2, 2012, 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado 80227. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, July 3, 2012, 1:00 PM at Indian Hills Christian Fellowship, 23338 Isoleta Road, Indian Hills, Colorado 80454. Interment at Grand Junction Memorial Gardens. Memorial contribtutions made in Diann's honor are suggested to Mount Evans Home Health & Hospice, 3081 Bergen Peak Drive, Evergreen, Colorado 80439.
