Dino D'Angelo of Lakewood, CO passed away on July 21st, 2023. Dino was born in Pittsburgh, PA on May 29th, 1959 to George D'Angelo and Dolares Rattanni. Dino meet the love of his life Sandra June Wamsley in Colorado in 1987. Dino was preceded in death by Sandra and his step-daughter Nicole Wamsley. Dino is survived by step-daughter Jeniffer Hooten; step-son Ryan Wamsley; grandchildren Brittany Turgeon, Beth Wamsley and Owen Wamsley; niece Erica StJames; nephew Drew StJames.
Dino was a professional plumber for most of his career and he inspired others to follow in his footsteps as a plumber.
Dino had a lot of hobbies and sports interests. He loved all of the sports teams that are from Pittsburgh, including the Steelers, the Pirates and the Penguins. Dino also loved watching Nascar frequently, the Three Stooges and enjoyed watching Sponge Bob Square Pants with his grandchildren.
Dino's Celebration of Life will be at Horan and McConaty 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80227, Thursday August 3rd, 2023, 1:00 PM MST.
Following Dino's Celebration of Life his family and friends will be gathering at Fiddle Sticks in Lakewood, CO to honor his memory.
Dino will be buried next to Sandra and Nicole Wamsley in Ellinwood, KS at the Lakin Comanche Cemetery. Dino will also be laid to rest near to his father in law, Earl W. Burroughs and mother in law Betty J. Burroughs.
In honor of Dino's battle with cancer the family has asked for any donations to be sent to the American Cancer Society - donate.cancer.org
As Dino would always say "In case of sonic attack, think of only yourself."
