Dolly Ann Rebich, of Louisville, Colorado passed away on July 19, 2019.

A Memorial Service will be held on on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 10:00 am at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 West 80th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado 80003 followed by a reception at the same location. Interment will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Dolly’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105 or at the website below.
