Dee was a homemaker and loving mother for 30+ years, with a passion for cooking, baking, yardwork and an incredible seamstress.
She made clothing for her family and friends for many years and numerous elaborate costumes for her daughter Diane’s Dance
Studio productions. Once her children left home, Dee became employed with Adams County District 50 schools, as a tutor
and teachers’ aid for special education. She retired after 14 years of service.
Upon retirement, Dee began baking her “fabulous” Pizzelle’s for Larry & Dino Valente’s Italian Deli.
She made thousands of these, for the Deli, friends and family!
Dee had a passion for life and truly enjoyed her retirement! She loved to travel, gamble, play cards with the girls, socialize and was an active member of the local “Widow & Widowers” Westminster group. She developed many friendships throughout the years,
