Dominique Chandler Cozy

Dominique Chandler Cozy flew away with the angels to be wrapped in the arms of God. On September 25th, 2017 his young life was taken too soon by the hands of others. Dominique was born in La Crosse Wisconsin December 30th, 1992. He graduated from Logan High School in 2011. He lived a wonderful life in Wisconsin, and he recently fulfilled a childhood dream by relocating to Denver, Colorado. He was a kind, gentle, and joyful soul with an infectious smile and grace-filled eyes. Family was very important to him, and he considered his sister, Alina, his best friend. Dom’s expansive heart touched the souls of everyone he met on his short journey. The profound impact he made on his friends and families lives will last a lifetime. He loved music, enjoyed hiking, traveling, loved watching documentaries, hanging out with friends and Sunday dinners at his grandparents. Dom will be sadly missed by his mother: Aniya Cozy; sisters: Alina Cozy and Alexis Akindele; step-sisters: Ashley Morgan and A'Brianna Morgan; step-brothers: Jerry Morgan III and Taurus Morgan; Grandparents: Jeff and Sally Cozy; and his best friend & dog, Krypto; Step-father: Jerry Morgan Jr. and Chandler Mullins (biological father); Uncles: Jason, Jacob, and John; Aunt Tracy; and cousin Kalea Cozy; the Cozy, Haugen, and Morgan families; along with his extended family and friends - all whom will be forever changed by the impact of Dom’s brilliant light.
