Don Macklen Shea

Don Macklen Shea, 77, of Lakewood, Colorado passed away in the comfort of his home Friday, April 6th, 2012. During his 8 years in the Army he met and married Anita Hofer. Don enjoyed square dancing & bird watching. He retired after 27 years of service with DPS. Don had dual memberships with Georgetown Lodge #12, Blackhawk Lodge #11 Masons and Scottish Rite of Freemasonary. He is survived by his wife, Anita & 2 children, Donald (Jean) Shea & Dyanne (Arthur) Sonka; 3 grandchildren, Christina Sonka, Matthew & Erica Shea. Visitation will be Monday, April 16, 2012, 9:00am, followed by Funeral Service at 11:00am. Both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado 80227. Interment to follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, Colorado 80235.
