Donald Lee Anderson

Donald Lee Anderson, 82 of Littleton, was born January 24, 1932 in Denver, CO. Don joined his beloved wife Joann (Capra) Anderson in heaven on February 2, 2014. Donald is survived by his children, Mike (Pam), Marty (Doreen), Gerri (David) Crews, Donna (Rob) Williams and Chris (Marianne) sisters Bonnie Burns and Jody Jagersky, grandchildren Heather (Dillon) Anderson, Derrick (Michelle) Crews, Corey (Krynn) Williams, Jamie (Brittany) Williams, Patrick (Lacey) Crews, David Anderson, Dominick Anderson, Andrew Anderson and the late David W. Crews, II; great grandchildren Brittany, Michael, Maddison, Win, Chambers and Annelaine; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Don attended Annunciation and Holy Family High School where he met his wife and sweetheart Joann. After the Air Force in Texas where he was a flight recruiter he attended West Texas State University. He was married to Joann for 52 years. Don loved God above all, and his family, and enjoyed skiing, reading, and current events. Don held executive positions throughout his career as well as being an entrepreneur with two restaurants, Joann's Italian Deli and The Unicorn. He was a member of the Denver Kiwanis Club. Don traveled extensively for business and leisure. Don was a wonderful son, husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and great grandfather. Visitation will be held Wednesday, 5PM - 8PM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3020 Federal Blvd.; Visitation, Thursday 5PM - 7PM followed by the Rosary at 7PM, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 3549 Navajo Street, The Funeral Mass will be held Friday 10:30 AM also at Mount Carmel Catholic Church; Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery.
