Donald Cummings

Donald Cummings, 73, of Aurora, Colorado, passed away suddenly February 7, 2022. He was born November 6, 1948, in Pembroke, North Carolina.

He served his country in the United States Marine Corps, which he took great pride in, and ran his own trucking company.

He loved NASCAR and football but most importantly he loved his family and friends.

Donald is survived by his loving wife, Marsha Cummings; son, Mark (his wife, Shannon) Yeardley; daughter, Jessie (her husband Scott) Selesia; grandchildren, Jarron Yeardley Purcell, Taybor Yeardley, Chanse Yeardley, Chase Yeardley, Alex Yeardley, Hayden Yeardley, Jordan Steele, Victoria Selesia, Randall Selesia III, Trevor Selesia, and Ema Selesia; great grandchildren, Aubrey and Roman Pipkins and Koriana Rodriguez. He was preceded in death by a son, Corey Yeardley in 2016.

A graveside service for Don will be held at 12Noon on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd., Denver, CO. Please gather at staging area ‘A’ by 11:45am.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:30pm following the service at Heros Pizzeria and Tavern 16070 E Dartmouth Ave, Aurora, 80013.
