Don Paull graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1957 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology, which led to a 45-year career in petroleum exploration and production. His rewarding profession took him from the Gulf of Mexico and Florida Everglades in the south, up through the Aleutian Arc and Cook Inlet of Alaska in the north, as well as most oil producing states in between, for what he deemed ""one hell of a career!"" During his career Don worked for Amoco Production, Cotton Petroleum, and Marsh Operating Company. Don loved spending time outdoors and shared this passion with his wife, children, grandchildren, and many good friends. He enjoyed annual hunts, fishing trips, and exploring the back country on ATV's. Don and Carol traveled extensively in North America, and took several trips abroad. Don and Carol began their love affair in 1957 up high in the Colorado Rockies on West Spanish Peak and have chosen, upon Carol's passing, to spend eternity together in the serenity of Rocky Mountain National Park. In lieu of a Memorial Service, remembrances may be written by family and friends and mailed to the Paull family home, where we will cherish hearing your thoughts and memories. Donations in Don's name may be made to: The Independence Fund; Rocky Mountain National Park; Denver Hospice; or the University of Wisconsin Paull Family Undergraduate Scholarship.
