Donald Semingsen

Donald Seg Semingsen, 75, of Aurora, Colorado passed away on September 22, 2020.  Don was born in Seattle, Washington on July 6, 1945 to Agnes Hansen and adopted by Earl and Flora Semingsen.

After graduating from high school Don joined the United States Marine Corps in 1963.  He later joined the Army National Guard.  After his military service, Don went on to become a commercial construction contractor. He received many awards and achievements throughout his life including being a Padi certified scuba diving instructor.

Don is survived by his wife Jan; sons, Eric (Joni) and Adam (Stephanie); grandchildren Luna, Jaxsen, Trystan, Hunter, Nicholas, and Brianna; silblings David, Christine, Cathlene,  Carol, Daniel, Alice, John, Joseph and Louise.  Don is preceded in death by his mother, Agnes and parents, Earl and Flora Semingsen.

Don will be missed by all who knew him.  One family friend shared “His character can never be replaced but will never be forgotten.” Ian O’Brien
