Donald P. Thompson

Donald P. Thompson, 84, and a longtime resident of Aurora, passed away Sunday, July 1, in Marietta, GA. He is survived by his wife Lela; son, James, both of Marietta, GA; daughter, Donna Lee Young of Cypress, TX; 3 brothers, 2 sisters and 3 granddaughters. Instructor for Civil Service with the United States Air Force. He retired in 1994 Mr. Thompson was a member of Redeemer Baptist Church. Visitation will be held Friday, July 6th, 9-11am followed by a Funeral Service, 11am, both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 E. Dartmouth (at S. Parker Road).
