Donald Charles Woods was born February 23, 1934 in Denver, Colorado and passed away July 22, 2006. Donald graduated from Denver East High School in 1952 and served in the US Coast Guard in Alaska. He had a 26 year career as a Denver Police Officer, including training junior officers. He also worked as a Deputy Marshall for the US Court. He was an avid Denver Broncos fan from the team's beginning and was a collector of memorabilia. Donald loved his family. He was baptized into the Catholic Church at age 33. Father of Daniel (Diane) Woods, Susan (David) Mead and David Woods; Brother of John (Alma) Woods, Robert (Kaye) Woods and Alan (Barbara) Woods; Grandfather of Judy, Jaclyn, Nicole, Joseph, Cheryl, Andrew and Amy; Great-Grandfather of Kami, Jade, Emma and Parker.
