Donna Lee Pitoniak

Donna Lee Pitoniak was born on March 6, 1936 in Denver, Colorado to her parents, Duffy Peterson and Leona Wheeler. She passed away peacefully on July 18, 2018 at her home in Lakewood, Colorado. Donna worked for many years as an administrator for the Jefferson County School District.

She is survived by her sons, Joe (Debbie) Pitoniak and Larry (June) Pitoniak; her daughter, Lisa (Jim) Peterson; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

A Funeral will be held to honor Donna's life on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Horan & McConaty Wadsworth Chapel in Lakewood, Colorado. There will be a Visitation 1 hour prior to the Funeral beginning. Donna will be laid to rest at 1:00 PM next to her late husband, Joseph Bernard Pitoniak, at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado. Please meet at staging area A at the cemetery prior to the 1:00 PM interment.
