Dorothy "Dot" Brintle Foster

Dorothy "Dot" Brintle Foster passed away on January 4, 2024. Dot was born on February 15, 1933 in Sterrett, Texas. She was the seventh child of Mary and Woodson Brintle and was raised in a large family with seven siblings in Waxahachie, Texas. Dot met her husband, Robert (Bob) Allen Foster, while in high school. The two were married in July, 1952 shortly after she graduated from Waxahachie High School. Dot and Bob both attended Howard Payne University. Dot had a career in financial services and insurance, but she considered her primary role in life to be a wife, mother, and grandmother. Dot is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Carolyn Foster of Littleton, CO, her son Kyle Foster of Aubrey, TX, and her grandchildren, Robert Foster of Littleton, CO, Joshua Foster of Albuquerque, NM, and Jonathan Foster of Littleton, CO. Dot was preceded in death by her husband Bob Foster.
A vigil prayer service and rosary will be held on Thursday, January 11 at 7:00 P.M. at Horan and McConaty located at 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. in Lakewood, CO. Dot's Funeral Mass will take place at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church located at 6673 W. Chatfield Ave. in Littleton, CO on Friday, January 12 at 10:30 A.M.
