Dorothy Jane Irving

Dorothy Wilson Irving, 82, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2008 in Houston, TX. She was born January 14, 1926 in Salt Lake City, UT to parents Laver A. Wilson and Myrtle O. Wilson. She is preceded in death by her parents and her loving Husband, James W, Irving, Jr. and her sister, Darlene Gardner of San Jose, CA. She is survived by her children; James W. Irving, III and his wife Diane of Aurora CO., Melanie W. Irving of Houston, TX., David W. Irving and his wife Jolene of Houston, TX., Richard T. Irving and his wife Colette of South Jordan, UT. She is also survived by 9 Grand Children and 8 Great-Grand Children. She was born in Salt Lake City, UT where she met and married her husband. They moved with their young family to Denver in 1962 where she raised her family. She worked for many years in the retail and banking industries until her retirement. She moved to Houston in 2004 due to health reasons. A viewing will be held Thursday, April 3, 7 PM to 8 PM, Horan & McConaty, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, April 4th at 10 AM at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO.
