Dorothy L. Lee

77, died August 22, 2009 in Denver, CO. Dorothy was a graduate of Cathedral High School and the College of St. Mary in Omaha, NE. She taught elementary school at Christ the King in Omaha before moving to the Denver area in 1968. She continued teaching at St. Mary's of Littleton and St. John's Academy in Denver, retiring in Bailey, CO in 1994 with her husband, John. Dorothy is survived by her children Michael J. Lee, Patrick J. (Gail) Lee, and Mary E. (Robert) Lee-Nichols; grandchildren Colin, Andrea, Jayme, Abby, Samuel, and Josephine; and sister Margaret Kirchofer. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, John F. Lee and her brother James R. Ray. Visitation Wednesday, August, 26, 4 - 7 PM, with Rosary Service at 7 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood.
