Dorothy May Priess

97, passed away April 26, 2006. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Starkey; son-in-law, Tom Sherry; 3 grandchildren Kirsten (Richard) Taylor, Marta (Matt) Smith, and Wade Starkey; 5 great grandchildren Sheridan, Ransom & Dara Taylor and Gabriel & Jake Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Norbert Priess, and daughter, Jody Sherry. Dorothy was a member of Daughters of the Nile. She also loved sharing her artistic creativity with quilting and ceramics. A Celebration of Dorothy's life will be Monday, 12:00 noon at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd., Denver. In lieu of flowers, memorial conributions are suggested to Shrine Hospitals for Children, 4625 W. 50th Ave., Denver, CO 80212.
