Dorothy Marie Stein

Dorothy Marie Stein, 88, of Denver, passed away peacefully in her home on April 7, 2018. She was the loving wife of John for 62 years. Mother of Sheryll (Tom) Allison, Diane Stein, Dennis (Nancy) Stein, and Joe (Annie) Stein. Grandmother of Zack (Sarah), Jasmine (Johnny), Jessica (Barrett), Jennifer (Ryan), Melanie (John), Jacob, and Colin. Great-Grandmother of Nathan and Natalie. Survived by siblings Virginia, George, and Eddie. Preceded in death by her husband John, daughter Sheryll, and brother Don. Dorothy's success in life lives on with all of her family who learned from her how to overcome life's difficulties through faith, hope, and love. She will be greatly missed, but always remembered for her beautiful smile and loving, caring heart. Visitation Wednesday, April 18 5pm-7pm, followed by Rosary at 7pm, both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd. Funeral mass Thursday 10:30am, Risen Christ Catholic Church, 3060 S. Monaco Pkwy. Interment, Friday, 1:15pm, Shelter C, Fort Logan National Cemetery.
