Dorothy Zang

Dorothy Zang of Centennial, Colorado passed away on December 20, 2024, at the age of 95. She was born in Ambridge, Pennsylvania in 1929. She was the daughter of the late Nick and Mary Towcimak. 

Dorothy was a lifelong educator, avid golfer, enthusiastic sports fan, and proud member of St. Herman’s Orthodox Church. She always gave of her time and talents to the church and any other organizations in which she was involved. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Zang, and her two sisters, Martha Rapso and Mildred Metelsky. She is survived by her two daughters, Mary Zang and her husband, Rick Wicker, and Cathy Zang and her husband, Chris Caesar. 

Funeral services will take place on December 31 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Herman’s Orthodox Church, 991 W Prentice Ave in Littleton. Interment will follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
