Douglas Michael Wunsch

Douglas Michael Wunsch, age 55, passed away in his home on Saturday, August 4, 2018.

Doug was born June 1, 1963 in Fort Morgan, Colorado, but lived most of his life between Arvada and Westminster, Colorado. He graduated from Pomona High School in 1981, got married in 1984, and started his family. On any given day you might find him doing his favorite things, hitting golf balls with friends and family or working on his truck and cars in his garage while listening to which ever sports team was playing at the time; but always watching ""the race"" - NASCAR - on Sundays, cheering on his favorite driver, Dale Earnhardt.

Doug is survived and loved by his daughters: Renee Wunsch, Shawna Callahan, Michelle Wunsch, and Jessica Wunsch; his grandchildren: Izaiah Callahan and Jaelyn Callahan; his parents: Jerry Wunsch and Arlene Wunsch; and his siblings: Scott Wunsch, Lynette Wunsch, and David Wunsch.

A Celebration of Life Reception will be held from 2:00-3:30PM on Monday August 13, 2018 at Horan and McConaty, 7577 W. 80^th Ave, Arvada, CO 80003.
