Dr. Joseph P. Monaghan

Dr. Joseph P. Monaghan, 60, of Centennial, passed away July 27, 2009. Survived by his wife, Karen; daughter, Jennifer; son, Jesse; sisters, Peggy & Patricia. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was raised in Pine Hill, NJ. He received his B.A. from Seton Hall University and became a probation officer in Camden, NJ. He moved to Colorado in 1977, where he married Karen on 09-09-79 in Conifer. He attended University of Denver and received his Psy.D. in 1986, specializing in child psychology. He enjoyed spending time with his family and golfing. Funeral Mass 11:00 AM Friday, All Souls Catholic Church, 4950 S. Logan St., Denver, CO. Interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
