Dr. Thomas Nyvold

Dr. Thomas “Tom” Nyvold, 60, passed away November 21, 2017 in Littleton, CO. He was born on August 7, 1957 to Mary and Robert Nyvold and grew up in Alexandria, MN. He earned his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University and his doctorate degree in dentistry at University of Minnesota. He practiced dentistry for 33 years in the Littleton, CO area. The practice, TEN Family Dentistry, will continue with a focus on extraordinary patient care. Tom was a devoted husband and father, loving brother and son, loyal friend and caring dentist. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He was an avid golfer, exceptional cook and he enjoyed the outdoors. He loved his children. Tom is survived by his wife Kathleen, children John Thomas “JT” and Megan, mother Mary, sister Karen, brothers Mark and Jay, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert, and brother Robert “Robby.” A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2017 beginning at 10:30 am at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 6673 W. Chatfield Avenue, Littleton, CO 80128. Memorial contributions can be made in Thomas Nyvold’s name.
