Dr. Jerald ""Jerry"" Tantillo

“Dr. Jerry” Tantillo, who touched so many hearts, was a gentle soul, a loving human being, and a wonderful husband, father, and physician, passed away at home June 3, after a long battle with cancer. Dr. Tantillo practiced with Kaiser Permanente for 14 years.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Patty; children, Michael, Christopher, and Matthew Chinn, James, Stephanie, Teresa, and J.J.; and siblings, Mario and Joyce.

Visitation, Sunday, June 8, 2008 12-4 PM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road (just west of Holly), in Centennial, Colorado. Funeral Mass, Monday, June 9, 2008, 2 PM, St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 6673 West Chatfield Avenue, in Littleton, Colorado. Interment, Fort Logan National Cemetery.
